Lincoln Land Community College Athletics

He was named All-Conference, All-State, and All-Region for two years at LLCC.   He attended and played baseball at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) in 1983-84 before signing with the St. Louis Cardinals in 1984. He was named to the 40 man roster in the spring of 1987.  He played the 1987 season for the Cardinal Arkansas farm club.
