The Loggers earned a solid 4-0 win over John Wood College in a Region/Conference game on October 19, 2024, in Quincy, Illinois.

Maddy Jerszynski opened the scoring in the 31st minute, netting her first goal of the season cleaning up a cross into the box.  Just before halftime, Kaleigh Meyer added to the Loggers' lead, chipping the ball in after a quick throw-in by Sophia Smith in the 42nd minute.

In the second half, Kyndel Moore calmly converted two penalty kicks, first in the 59th minute and again in the 85th, to round out the scoring.

Goalkeeper Abi Stephens contributed with four saves across both halves, keeping a clean sheet. The Loggers created plenty of scoring opportunities, taking 27 total shots, 14 of which were on target, and earning 9 corner kicks.

With this victory, the Loggers improved to 12-2 and will face Parkland College in Champaign, IL, on October 23, 2024, at 4pm for their final regular season Region/Conference game as they look to take the second seed for the Region 24 playoffs.
