Lincoln Land fell 3–1 to Jefferson College Wednesday afternoon in Hillsboro, Missouri.

Jefferson opened the scoring in the 34th minute and carried a 1–0 lead into halftime. Karsyn Jacoby brought the Loggers level in the 49th minute, scoring off an assist from Emily Short.

The match remained tied until Jefferson scored in the 81st minute. The Vikings added another goal in the 88th minute to complete the scoring.

Lincoln Land finished with 15 shots, including five on goal. Zoey Kyes made seven saves for the Loggers.

The Loggers return home Saturday, Sept. 12, to face Parkland College at noon.
