The Lady Loggers started strong and finished strong in their dominating win over Robert Morris JV, 87-36. LLCC got off to a blistering start and led 45-16 at the half. Coach Albert said," We shot the ball extremely well the first half. I believe we shot around 47% the first half and finished the game at 45%. Defensively, we weren't as sharp as I would like but we can iron some of those things out in practice."
Six Loggers were in double digit scoring. Kasi Korza led the team with 16 points followed by Molly Sloman with 14 points, Jessica Armour and Shelby Cuffle each had 12 points and Shelby Kroeger contributed 10. Korza pulled down 15 rebounds while Armour, Cuffle and Kroeger each had 7.
The Loggers are now 5-1 on the season.
