The Loggers were defeated today by the 14^th ranked Cobras by a score of 8-3. Both teams had plenty of scoring opportunities, but it was the Cobras who struck first in the sixth minute on a ball served into the box from the endline. The Cobras were able to put three more goals in before the Loggers were able to find the scoreboard themselves on a kickoff play that was scored by Buxton and assisted by Jeanblanc. The second half was better for the Loggers as they found the net two more times, with scores from Ferguson and Keebler, both goals were assisted by Buxton. 

Lincoln Land will play #3 Heartland on Saturday, September 17th at home.
