The Loggers continue to give it their all, while competing in their third straight game without any substitutes. Offensively the Loggers best scoring chances came early in the first half when Blair Keebler got behind the defense but was not able to capitalize as her shot was above the post. Another chance was in the second half, when Mira Ivy beat two defenders down the sideline, but had her opportunity bottled up by the Trailblazer's keeper.
Defensively, the Loggers kept space tight and constantly communicated with each other to try and lock down the Trailblazer's offense.
The first goal put on the board in the 13th minute by the Trailblazers, came after a hard shot outside the box that was saved by LLCC's keeper Danielle Lacy that had ricocheted off the post and found the foot of the opposing forward for the finish.
The Trailblazers would score two more before the half, one from an outside shot that fell just under the cross bar and another that was from a well-placed pass to the Loggers weak side for an easy knock in.
The Loggers defense continued to play strong in the second half as they defended the goal as a unit. Lauryn Klobnak came in big when she cleared a ball off the goal line after the Trailblazers got behind Lacy. The only goal of the second half came off a well placed rip from the Trailblazers 40 yards out.
