The Lincoln Land Loggers defeated the Greenville University Panthers 84-54 on Monday at Cass Gym.  The Loggers jumped out to an early 10 point lead and were never seriously challenged for the rest of the game.  The Loggers took a 48-22 lead into the half.  The start of the second half saw Greenville hit back to back threes and eventually cut the lead to 18.  A time out by the Loggers settled things down and the Loggers extended the lead back to 25 quickly. 

The Loggers were lead by freshman Madison Jernigan's career high 18 points.  Jernigan went 4 of 6 from beyond the three point arc.  Madison Jones had 14 points, Nicole Robinson had 13, and Katryel Clark had 12 points respectively.  Jolene Bueker lead Lincoln Land in rebounding with 9.  Nicole Robinson had 5 assists to lead the team in that category.  The Loggers will return to action on Thursday at 5:30 to play Truman College.  The Loggers move to 15-1 on the season.
