Coach Albert pleased with the effort the team put forth today. "We played with passion and intensity today. The two stats that really hurt us today were giving up 10 three pointers and missing 9 free throws. We knew Parkland had several players who could shoot but there were times we didn't close out and contest hard enough. Also, our free throw shooting continues to plague us. We really need to be more efficient shooting free throws. Other than those two areas, we played a solid game. Freshman Hannah Cameron really carried us offensively today. She knocked down 4 three pointers and was really active on both ends of the floor. Hopefully we can continue playing like the past two weeks when the region tourney gets here on March 10."
Hannah Cameron led Lincoln Land with a game high of 23 points. Kylie Crouse had 11 points and Sydnee LeGrande finished with a double/double of 10 points and 15 rebounds. Selena Bradshaw dished out 3 assists.
Lincoln Land is now 16-12.
