
Lincoln Land Lady Loggers had a big conference victory Friday evening over the Lewis and Clark Trailblazers with a final score of 65-58. The Loggers jumped ahead quickly in the game on offense and outscored the Trailblazers 35-26 in the first half. Lincoln Land continued to play strong and efficiently for the second half and came up with the win.
Rachel Alde led the Loggers with 25 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 assists. Kylie Crouse was next with 18 points and 5 rebounds. Sydnee LeGrande chipped in with 6 points and 8 rebounds. Overall, the team shot 36% from the field, 33% from behind the arc, and 77% from the free-throw line.
Lincoln Land is now 17-9 overall and 5-4 in the M-WAC.
