The Lady Loggers faced off with 13th ranked Danville in the first round of the Region 24 tournament.  Lincoln Land came out strong and led 32-30 at the half but couldn't hold on and lost 56-64.

The Loggers shot 19/57 from the field for 33%.  LLCC hit seven 3's and were 11/16 from the free throw line. The game was tight throughout the night. "The girls did an awesome job of executing our game plan," said Coach Albert after the game.  "We were able to handle their pressure early on and got the offensive looks we wanted.  We spread out the court and made their big girls step away from the basket whenever they went man.  Defensively we did a terrific job of containing their post players with help side defense.  Unfortunately, late in the game we had a few costly turnovers and some empty possessions that really hurt us."

Gretchen Hobbie finished the game with a double/double of 11 points and 14 rebounds.  Rachel Alde led Lincoln Land with 14 points.
