The lady loggers were defeated by John Wood 68-58 in a conference match-up this afternoon.  The LLCC Women started out slow, but in the second half they cut down the trailblazers' lead.
 
Coach Gary Albert said," we came out really flat the first half but the intensity picked up the second half and we were able to cut into their lead. We shot the ball much better the second half and were able to knock down some 3's.  We have to do a better job of rebounding at both ends of the floor."
 
Jessica Armour (17) and Shelby Cuffle (10) both threw in important baskets. The lady loggers have four more conference games this season.
