Spring 2026 at Lincoln Land Community College showcased a powerful balance between academics and athletics. Across six programs, student-athletes completed 1,419 credit hours and earned a strong 3.26 overall GPA, proving their commitment beyond competition.
Leading the way, women's basketball posted an outstanding 3.67 GPA, setting the standard for excellence. Softball (3.42) and volleyball (3.38) followed closely, highlighting consistency and teamwork both on and off the field. Meanwhile, baseball (3.19) and women's soccer (3.21) managed demanding schedules while maintaining strong academic performance, and men's basketball (2.94) continued building toward improvement.
Behind these numbers were long days of practice, travel, and late-night studying. Athletes supported each other, shared responsibilities, and embraced the challenge of succeeding in both roles.
"It is a core component of our Lincoln Land experience to excel in the classroom as much as we excel in the fields and courts of competition. These academic achievement's are a testament to the hard work of our student-athletes" said Athletic Director Todd Creal.
