SPRINGFIELD, IL. — Lincoln Land Athletics is now accepting nominations for its 2027 Hall of Fame Class.

The 2027 Hall of Fame Class will be the first group inducted in ten years, renewing a tradition that celebrates the individuals who have helped shape the history and success of Lincoln Land Athletics.

The Hall of Fame recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the program and left a lasting impact on Lincoln Land Athletics.

The 2027 Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will be held on February 6, 2027, at Lincoln Land Community College in Springfield, Illinois.

The Hall of Fame honors former student-athletes, coaches, teams, administrators, and supporters whose achievements, leadership, and dedication have helped shape the tradition and success of Lincoln Land Athletics.

Community members, alumni, former athletes, coaches, and supporters are encouraged to nominate deserving candidates for consideration. All nominations must be submitted by September 21, 2026.

Individuals interested in submitting a nomination can complete the nomination form at the Lincoln Land Athletics Hall of Fame Nomination Page.

The members of the 2027 Hall of Fame Class will be announced at a later date. The induction ceremony will provide an opportunity for Lincoln Land Athletics and the surrounding community to celebrate the accomplishments and lasting contributions of the honorees.

As the September 21 nomination deadline approaches, Lincoln Land Athletics encourages anyone who knows a deserving candidate to submit a nomination and help recognize the individuals who have played an important role in the history and tradition of the program.
