The Lincoln Land Loggers men's soccer team had their first game of the season today down at Flo-Valley against St. Louis Community College. Lincoln Land played very well in the 1st half creating a couple chances with Conner Novy and Douglas Moura connecting on a couple passes. Despite those chances, the Loggers could not put the ball in the net, St. Louis had a few early chances as well, but goalie Cale Sherrock came up big with a few impressive saves. 

St. Louis got a penalty kick opportunity with 2:00 left in the first half and were successful to take a 1-0 lead.  The 2nd half went St. Louis' way. They went on to score 4 more goals on the way to a final score of 5-0.
