The Lincoln Land men's soccer team was at home Wednesday afternoon for their final regular season game. The Loggers were matched up against Joliet Junior College in the contest. LLCC came away victorious 3-0.

The Loggers got on the board first in the game with a goal in the 20:00 minute mark when Connor Novy played a ball down the line to Aidan Iocca who shot the ball over the goalies head for a 1-0 lead. That score proved the only one of the half and the teams went into the half with that 1-0 Logger lead. 

The Loggers were able to get two more goals in the second half. First, Douglas Moura slotted a ball to Pedro Cesar for the second goal and later Douglas Moura got the ball in the net on his own. That pushed the game's score to the final of 3-0.


The Loggers finish the regular season at 4-13 and have won 3 straight games. LLCC will travel to ICC next Wednesday at 2pm for first round of the NJCAA Region 24 playoffs.
