The Lincoln Land Lady Loggers lost their Region 24 tournament game to John Wood 45-67.  LLCC finishes the season 12-16.  Lincoln Land trailed 23-30 at the half and were not able to overcome the early deficit.  

Lincoln Land shot poorly from the field going 15/65  (23%) from the field.  The Loggers connected on 6/16 (37.5%) from the 3 pt. line and finished 9/15 (60%) from the free throw line.  

Lincoln Land's cold shooting from the field hurt the efforts of the Loggers.  "We had plenty of good looks at the basket today but we couldn't get many shots to fall," commented Coach Albert after the game.  "  It was just one of those games where we struggled to score which put a lot of pressure on us to get stops.  I thought our full court defensive pressure was pretty good throughout the game but it wasn't enough to get the result we wanted.  We made a nice run to cut the lead to 3 or 4 in the second half but we just couldn't put get much offense after that.  We have a great group of girls who fought through a lot of injuries this year. I was proud of their effort and good attitudes during  the season.  We will certainly miss our Sophomores next year and I wish them the best as they continue their college careers next year."

Shelby Thompson led the Loggers with 11 points and 5 rebounds.  Madison Jones scored 9 points and Hannah Krukewitt finished with 7.  Hannah Cameron led the team with 7 rebounds and 3 assists.  Nicole Robinson dished out 3 assists.  Brooke Ferree and Denzelle Moore each had 6 points.
