Loggers split- Game1: win 26-6 Game2: lose 9-8 Eight Loggers had multi hit game in game 1 of the early season double-header, totaling 22 hits. Tyler Ring 3-for-5 with a double and 3 RBIs. Conor White 4-for-4 with a double and scored 5 times. Jake Morsch was 2-for-5 with 4 RBIs and Xavier Collier went 2-for-3 (3 RBIs) with a double and a homerun in the 2nd inning. The Loggers scored in every inning including 7 runs in the 5th to put the game out of reach.
Ben Hecht picked up first win of season with 5 innings of work surrending 5 runs and striking out six of Kishwaukee's hitters.
Loggers dropped game 2 after leading 8-5 at the end of 6 innings. Kishwaukee rallied in the 7th, soring 4 runs on 6 hits to take the lead 9-8. LLCC had two runners on in the their half of the 7th but were unable to produce an runs. Sophomore Matt Tomizolli (0-1) suffered the loss. Conor White was the only Logger with multiple hits going 2-for-4.
