The Loggers scored 6 runs in the top of the 5^th inning to end game one by the 10 run rule, 16-5. Jake Ingold was 3-for-3 with 5 RBI as the Loggers defeated Spoon River 16-5 in 5 innings (run rule).  Ingold homered in the 1^st and 3rd innings.  Ryan Aper (1-for-4) had a solo homer in the 5^th inning.  Blake Gand was 2-for-3 and Jake Lance went 3-for-4 with 3 RBI.   Winning pitcher was Clint Sestak (5-0).  Sestak went all 5 innings allowing 5 runs on 8 hits and striking out 6 Spoon River hitters.

The Loggers had 11 runs on 11 hits with 11 RBI in game two to win 11-1.  Ryan Aper hit his 2^nd homerun on the day and was 2-for 4.  Aper scored 3 runs and had 3 RBI with 2 stolen bases.  Jake Ingold continued his hot hitting going 3-for-4 with 2 RBI.  Brandon Weller also went 2-for-3 with 2 RBI in game two.  Ingold had 2 doubles along with doubles by Blake Gand, Jake Lance and Carter Pranger.  Ridge Ackerman was the winning pitcher going all 5 innings.  Ackerman (4-3) allowed 1 run on 3 hits with 5 strike outs.
