Ullin, IL – Lincoln Land baseball swept Shawnee Community College 13-10 and 7-3. Lincoln Land scored four runs in the 5^th and five runs in the 6^th innings.  Shawnee never gave up, scoring five runs in the 7^th inning on three hits.   Six Logger hitters collected two hits in this game.  Brandon Weller was 2-for-5 with 3 RBIs and Zach Zindel was 2-for-3 with 4 RBIs.  Jake Lance, Jake Ingold and Zach Zindel each hit a double in the first game win.
 
Starting pitcher Bryce Sablotny, now 7-2, went the distance for the win.  Sablotny gave up nine hits and struck out five.
 
Seth Hale, Blake Gand and Brandon Shaw lead the Loggers to a 7-3 victory in the second game.  Gand and Hale collected three hits each and together they had six of the nine Logger hits.  Brandon Shaw held Shawnee to just four hits and three runs.  Shaw struck out twelve hitters.
 
Lincoln Land baseball is now 25-13 on the season.
