Maddy is a 2023 graduate of Rochester High School. She was a two-time varsity letter winner for the soccer program. She played her club soccer for SASA and SLSG. Academically, Maddy was a member of the CS-8 Academic All-Conference Team her junior and senior year, National Honor Society, Spanish National Honor Society, and High Honor Roll. She is a marketing major who plans to continue pursuing a degree in marketing at a four-year school. She is the daughter of Pete and Kalynn Jerszynski.
