Lincoln Land Community College Athletics

Mae is a 2024 graduate of Elmwood High School. She was a two-sport athlete, playing basketball and volleyball, and earned letters in both sports. In her sophomore and senior years, she was named to the Peoria Journal All-Star Area Team, First Team ICAC All-Conference, and Prairie Land Conference. In her sophomore year, she was selected for Third Team All-State by the IBCA, and in her senior year, she received Honorable Mention All-State. Mae played her club ball for Heart of Illinois AAU. Her future plans include pursuing a degree in kinesiology. She is the daughter of Nate and Brook Herman.
