Katelyn is a 2016 graduate of Civic Memorial High School in Bethalto, Illinois. She was a varsity softball letter winner all four years of her high school career. She was named Most Valuable Player her senior year. She was chosen for the 2016 Mississippi Valley (MVC) All-Conference Softball team. Katelyn also played high school basketball and was an All-Conference 2nd team selection in basketball. She placed 4th in the State 3-Point Shooting Contest. After playing two years at LLCC, she wants to continue her softball career while getting her degree. The athlete she admires is Lauren Chamberlain. Her favorite sports teams are the St. Louis Cardinals and the Oakland Raiders.
