Lincoln Land Community College Athletics

Ben Kramer has coached with the Lincoln Land Men’s Basketball program since the 2011-2012 season.

Ben is a 2005 graduate of Springfield High School where he was a three-sport athlete. Following graduation from high school Ben attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he graduated with a degree in History and Secondary Education in 2009. He later received a Master's in Educational Leadership from the University of Illinois at Springfield. 
 
While in college Ben worked with Champaign Central High School Boys' Basketball program and later became JV Head Coach and Varsity Assistant at Urbana University High School.  Upon returning home to Springfield following graduating from college, Ben became an Assistant Coach at Calvary Academy. 

Ben is currently the College Advisor at Springfield High School, Head JV Football Coach, and National Honor Society and Student Council Advisor.
 
Ben resides in Springfield with his wife Deborah (Dobbins) Kramer. They also have 3 children, two sons, Camden and Auggie, and a daughter, Elisabeth.
