Spencer is a 2018 graduate of Bartonville Limestone High School. He was an Illinois High School Baseball Coaches Association All State Selection his senior season. Spencer was Illinois Coaches Association MCSTRONG All Star his senior year. He was a 2nd team member of the Mid Illini All Conference team in 2017 and a first team Mid Illini All Conference selection in 2018. He was a 2017 and 2018 McDonalds All Star team member. During his freshmen year at LLCC he was a 1st team All MWAC member, an All-Region 24 team member, Region 24 Most Valuable Player, a 2019 Division 2 Third Team All American and the recipient of the Dick Dhabalt- Male Athlete of the Year at LLCC. He will continue his baseball career at a Quincy University. His favorite teams are the New York Giants and the Calgary Flames.
