Lincoln Land Community College Athletics

Payten is a 2023 graduate of Trenton-Wesclin High School where he was a four-year member of the baseball team and played football one season. He was a three-time member of the Cahokia All Conference baseball team and earned Cahokia All Conference in football his sophomore year. He is currently studying HVAC in our workforce program and plans to continue his education and play baseball after his career at LLCC. He is the son of Alicia and John Mugele.
