Harper College Hawks got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Roche singled down the right field line, Nohava hit a sacrifice fly, Kave singled to right field, Hickey singled down the left field line, and Mango singled to the left side of the infield, each scoring one run.
Moffatt hit a solo home run to right field in the top of the third for the Loggers.
Harper College Hawks added one run in the third after Hickey singled to center field following a 6-pitch at-bat. Blackwell earned the win for Harper College Hawks. The starting pitcher allowed four hits and two runs over five innings, striking out 12 and walking two. Wheeler took the loss for the Loggers.
