Chad Jones was named the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association Women’s NJCAA Division II Coach of the Year

Logger coach Chad Jones was named the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association Women's NJCAA Division II Coach of the Year. This is the second consecutive year Jones has been awarded this honor. Under the leadership of Jones, the Loggers finished the year with a school record 34 wins and just three losses. Lincoln Land won the Mid West Athletic Conference championship, the NJCAA Region 24 tournament, and the NJCAA Central District championship. The Loggers advanced to the NJCAA national tournament in Joplin Missouri. Lincoln Land went 3-1 at the tournament and finished 5^th in the NJCAA. Lincoln Land has had back to back elite eight appearances. Two Logger players were named to the All-American Team, Sam Lindhorst and Megan Harrell.
