Loggers Lose on the Road Against #24 Bryant & Stratton

Lincoln Land Community College put together strong stretches on both ends of the floor Saturday afternoon but ultimately came up short in an 84–65 loss at Bryant & Stratton College.

The Loggers showed early energy, taking the lead in the opening minutes behind Joshua Banks, who scored seven of Lincoln Land's first nine points, including a three-pointer midway through the first half. Lincoln Land defended well early and forced multiple turnovers, holding the Bobcats in check before a late first-half push gave the home team a 33–24 halftime lead.

Despite the Loggers' effort, Bryant & Stratton used a strong opening stretch of the second half to extend its lead. Lincoln Land was never able to fully recover to get back into the contest as Bryant and Stratton built their lead from single digits all the way to over 20. Eventually the Loggers fell by the final 19 deficit, 84-65.

Jalen Ashley was aggressive finishing with a team-high 16 points, while Banks added 12 points and knocked down a pair of three-pointers. Kobe Taylor provided a spark off the bench with six points, including two triples in the second half.
