The Loggers played Des Moines Area Community College right after and lost in a 5 set thriller 23-25, 25-17, 21-25, 25-20, 7-15. The Loggers defense was on fire, earning a total of 94 digs as a team. Libero Izzy Lynch picked up an impressive 27 digs, Harper Darr had 19, Morgan Cowdrey earned 18 digs, Ella Kinkelaar picked up 16, and Kaylee Abens had 11 digs.
