After a winning drought, the Loggers swept Rend Lake on Thursday night. Set scores included 25-15, 25-16 and 25-19.
 
The Land racked up 46 kills as a team, posting a .446 hitting percentage. Sienna Hadley, Kenna Bixby and Hannah Clayton each earned 3 service aces during the three set match.
 
Kenna Bixby notched a double double posting 41 assists and 14 digs. Mckenna Blackwell posted a double double notching 13 kills (.423%) and 11 digs. Peyton Bergscheider led the team in kills with 16 (.519%). Sienna Hadley was unstoppable in the middle putting down 10 kills on 15 swings with no errors, calculating an impressive .667 hitting percentage.
 
The Loggers look ahead to Saturday where they travel to Parkland to participate in a quad  match up, playing two matches. The first against Rock Valley College at 1:00 pm followed by Sauk Valley Community College at 3:00 pm. This will conclude the Loggers regular season play. The Loggers advance their season record to 20-8.
