Loggers lose to Cobras 3-1 in MWAC action. 

The Lincoln Land Loggers played the Parkland Cobras today in Champaign, IL. 
The Loggers we're the first to score when Kyndel Moore intercepted a pass by the Cobra defender intended for the Cobra keeper to go up 1-0. The Cobras would respond with a goal of their own when they scored on a back door pass to tie it up 1-1. The Cobras would score again on a corner kick that found itself outside the box that hit the post and slipped into the goal to end the half 2-1 Cobras.  The only goal in the second half was after a Parkland attacker tangled with a Logger defender and was able to get control of the ball to put the final score 3-1. 

The Loggers will wrap up the regular season on Saturday October 21st, at 12pm in Springfield when they take on the Heartland Hawks. Sophomore recognition will take place after the game.
