The Lincoln Land men's soccer team traveled down to St Charles, Missouri to take on St. Charles Community College for a Sunday afternoon game.

The game was evenly matched nearly the entire way. St. Charles held majority of the control in the first half while the Loggers controlled most of the 2nd half. The game went to the halftime break tied 0-0.

St Charles got on the board first in the second half with a goal from Josue Aguilar on an assist from Jose Almanza.  Loggers got the equalizer ten minutes later when a free kick from Douglas Moura hit the crossbar and came down int he box for Lucas Witmer scored the game tying goal. The two teams reminaed knotted at 1 a piece and went into overtime. St Charles got a penalty kick and scored the golden goal from Brenden McAllister in overtime to secure the 2-1 victory.
