Box Score GAME ONE - Lincoln Land Loggers Clinches Lead In Sixth Inning To Defeat Lewis & Clark CC

Lincoln Land Loggers snagged a late lead and defeated Lewis & Clark CC 6-4 on Saturday. The game was tied at three with Lincoln
Land Loggers batting in the top of the sixth when Kari Sarhage homered on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring three runs.

Lincoln Land Loggers opened up scoring in the first inning.  Katelyn Turbyfill singled on a 0-1 count, scoring two runs. In the bottom of the fifth inning, Lewis & Clark CC tied things up at three.  Abby Palen's sac fly scored one run for Lewis & Clark CC. Jacey Nall was credited with the victory for Lincoln Land Loggers. She allowed six hits and four runs over seven innings, striking out three.

Bethany Muenstermann took the loss for Lewis & Clark CC. She surrendered three runs on seven hits over six and a third innings, walking one. Sydney Henrichs started the game for Lewis & Clark CC. She surrendered three runs on three hits over two-thirds of an inning, striking out one

Lincoln Land Loggers socked one home run on the day. Sarhage went deep in the sixth inning. Lincoln Land Loggers had ten hits in the game.  Brooke Webber, Madie Sims, and Nicole Robinson each racked up multiple hits for Lincoln Land Loggers.  Sims and Webber each managed three hits to lead Lincoln Land Loggers.  Lincoln Land Loggers was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Kourtney Zobrist made the most plays with six.

Megan Pfeiffer led Lewis & Clark CC with three hits in four at bats. Lewis & Clark CC didn't commit a single error in the field. Kaitlyn Cooper had the most chances in the field with four.

GAME TWO - 4-Hit Day For Weller As Lincoln Land Loggers Skirts Past Lewis & Clark CC

Katie Weller didn't feel much like getting out on Saturday, tallying four hits and leading Lincoln Land Loggers to a 16-1 win over Lewis & Clark CC.  Weller doubled in the first, singled in the second, doubled in the third, and singled in the fourth.

Lincoln Land Loggers secured the victory thanks to ten runs in the second inning.  Lincoln Land Loggers batters contributing to the big inning included Nicole Robinson, Hailey Patrick, Kari Sarhage, Weller, Brooke Webber, and  Shaye Virgin, who all drove in runs.
In the first inning, Lincoln Land Loggers got their offense started.  Sarhage hit into a fielder's choice, scoring one run.

Lincoln Land Loggers notched ten runs in the second inning.  Lincoln Land Loggers's big bats in the inning were led by singles by Robinson, Patrick, Sarhage, Weller, and Webber, groundouts by Virgin and Patrick, and a double by Robinson. 

Megan Behl led the Lincoln Land Loggers to victory on the rubber. She surrendered one run on seven hits over five innings, striking out two and walking zero.

Hannah Rexford took the loss for Lewis & Clark CC. She went two and a third innings, allowing seven runs on nine hits, striking out two and walking zero.

Lincoln Land Loggers racked up 17 hits in the game.  Weller, Robinson, Abigail Walters, and Virgin each managed multiple hits for Lincoln Land Loggers.  Weller went 4-for-4 at the plate to lead Lincoln Land Loggers in hits.
Lewis & Clark CC racked up seven hits.  Abby Palen and Bethany Muenstermann each racked up multiple hits for Lewis & Clark CC.
