GAME ONE - Lincoln Land Loggers Can't Catch Up To Spoon River
Lincoln Land Loggers fell behind early and couldn't come back in a 10-7 loss to Spoon River on Saturday. Spoon River scored on a home run by Samantha Miner, a home run by Rayna Davis, and a single by Isabella Clark in the first inning. Despite the loss, Lincoln Land Loggers did collect 11 hits in the high-scoring affair. Unfortunately, Spoon River had 13 hits on the way to victory.

Jacey Nall took the win for Lincoln Land Loggers. She lasted seven innings, allowing three hits and two runs while striking out nine.
April Hoover took the loss for Spoon River. She lasted four innings, allowing nine hits and six runs while striking out one and walking zero.
