The Lincoln Land Loggers took on ICC Saturday evening and came away with a heartbreaking 3-2 loss.

Lincoln Land came out playing very well, but neither team could capitalize on any opportunities early. The Loggers took a 1-0 lead 30:00 into first half when Connor Novy played the ball down the line to Christian Fierro who played a cross into Sergio da Ventura for the goal. That score became the halftime score with Lincoln Land up 1-0.

Unfortunately, for Lincoln Land ICC came out of the half hot and scored 2 goals within 20 minutes. Christian Fierro was able to strike back and stole the ball from the Cougar defense to score and tie the game up at 2-2. Hoping to get to the end of regulation tied, the Loggers saw a long cross go over the LLCC keeper's head with 1:00 left and ICC took home the 3-2 win. 


LLCC now is 3-8 on the season.
