Game 1:
Whitney David led the Loggers offensively going 2-for-2 with a HBP, Sacrifice Fly, a double and a 2 run homerun in the 4^thinning.  David drove in 5 Logger runners in game one.  LLCC collected 10 hits and scored 10 runs to defeat John Wood 10-2 in six innings.   Katie McLean also had a hot bat, going 3-for-4 and scoring 2 runs.  

Tess Beckham (5-3) was the winning pitcher.  Beckham gave up 2 runs and scattered 7 hits and posted 9 Ks and only 1 walk.  Losing pitcher was Bailey Smith for John Wood.

Game 2:
The Loggers defeated John Wood 9-3 in game two.  Maddie Routh (3-2) was the winning pitcher.  Routh went 5 innings allowing 2 run (1 earned) and scattering 4 hits with 5 strikeouts.  Addison Bryant pitched the last two innings in relieve.   

Whitney David was 2-for-3 with a two out double and 2 RBIs (total of 7 RBIs on the day).  Katie McLean was 2-for-5 and a triple with two outs in the 4^thinning.  Kari Sarhage was 2-for-3 and scored 3 runs.

The Loggers have gone 16-2 since Florida spring trip.   

LLCC will host Illinois Central College on Thursday for a Region 24 match up, starting at 3 pm.
