The Loggers were able to tally a few runs early against Southeastern University, but failed to hold on to their lead. Scoring 2 in the first inning had Lincoln Land looking good early on, and freshman pitcher Austin Troemper was able to maintain that lead till the 5th. Troemper changed speeds effectively and was able to get a lot of soft contact and swinging strikeouts in the opening innings. The righty fanned 5 and gave up just 4 hits, but was stuck with the loss when Southeastern took a 5-3 in the 5th inning, ending Troemper's day. The two teams then traded runs in the later innings of the ballgame, resulting in a final score of 6-4. 

Noah Powless had another big day at the plate, putting in another multi-hit performance. A double to the left center gap in the first inning pushed across both runs the Loggers would get in the frame. He finished the game 2-4, making it his 3rd multi-hit game of the team's spring trip.

The Loggers fall to 3-7 on the season following the loss. They play two on Friday, taking on Glen Oaks Community College and Frederick Community College.
