The Loggers lost both games today to walk offs by the same score of 4-3 in the last inning and tie-breaker to Lake Sumter State College. 

LLCC took an early lead going up 3-0 against LSSC in the 3^rd inning of game one.  Lexy Koester led off the third with strong hit to left center followed by hits from Katie McLean and Kaley Maurer. Kari Sarhage drove in the third run of the inning with a base hit to right.

The Loggers were up 3-0 going into the bottom of the 7^th when the Hawks scored 4 runs on 3 errors, 1 walk and 2 hits for a home walk off victory.  Addison Bryant went 6.1 innings and recorded the loss.  Leading hitters in game 1 were Kaley Maurer 3-for-4, Katie McLean and Madie Sims each collect two hits each.

Loggers came from behind in game 2 to tie the game 3-3 after 7 innings of play.  Kari Sarhage was the starting pitcher for the Loggers and went 4 innings allowing 3 runs (2 earned) on 2 hits and 4 strikeouts. Madie Routh pitched two innings in relief followed by 1 inning for Brittany Roady.  The Loggers failed to score in the top of the 8^th inning (tie-breaker).  LSSC scored the winning run on a wild pitch and base hit off of freshman Tessa Beckham who was credited with the loss.

Ashton Dyche and Katie McLean each had two hits in game two.  LLCC had only 7 hits in the second game with 5 strikeouts.

The Loggers are now 1-3 and they will travel to Eastern Florida State College for 4:30 pm double header.
