The Loggers soccer team traveled to up I-55 to Joliet Monday afternoon to take on Joliet Junior College.

Joliet came out firing and scored an early goal just 10 minutes into the game. The Joliet goal was scored when Malek Rashad crossed the ball to Christian Galvan who put the ball into the net. LLCC struck back in the 32nd minute when Andrew Watters played the ball to Christian Fierro for the goal. That 1-1 score remained so through the half.

The second half was closely contested and play went back and forth until Lincoln Land broke through in the 75th minute when Christian Fierro found Sergio da Ventura for the game winning goal.  2-1 was the final.

The Logger record improves to 5-9, which is their best record since 2015, when they were last 5-9. Joliet falls to 7-5 for their season.
