LLCC defeated Lake Land in straight sets to conclude the LLCC Invitational, finishing second to Mineral Area College who defeated LLCC on Friday night.  Against the Lakers, the Loggers had a dominating performance, blocking all along the net with Bobana Marusic and Kaylee Beekman digging most of the other attacks.  "It was a match where we were mentally consistent from start to finish.  We hit .333—which is a great percentage.  It's like a baseball batting average, so if we're doing that for 100 or 120 swings, we're in business." 

LLCC is back in action Wednesday night at home against Lewis & Clark at 6pm for an MWAC / Region-24 match-up.
