The Loggers take games three and four of a four game series winning 11-2 and 10-1 today in Godrey, Illinois against the Trailblazers of Lewis & Clark.

LLCC collected 18 hits in support of winning pitcher Brittany Roady (Alton HS).  Roady picked up her 5th win today as she gave up 2 runs on 6 hits and 6 Ks in her 6 innings of work.  Katie McLean and Morgan Heckman led the offensive charge with 4 hits each.  Whitney David hit a 2 RBI home run in the top of the 2nd inning.   Maggie Comerford went 3-for-3 with 2 RBIs.

Ashton Dyche was 3-for-3 with 3 RBIs and 2 doubles to lead the Loggers in game two.  McLean, Heckman and Comerford also collected 2 hits each.  Winning pitcher was Bri Graham (10-6) who went 6 innings allowing 1 run on 9 hits and 4 Ks.

LLCC finished the regular season 31-21 and 20-8 in the MWAC (2nd Place).  The Loggers will have the #2 seed in the Region 24 Tourney on Thursday in East Peoria.
