Lincoln Land led the Hawks 5-2 in the top of the sixth inning of game two when Heartland chased Logger starter Devin Smith with four runs to take a 6-5 lead.  The lead didn't last long as the Loggers answered with two runs of their own in the bottom half of the inning to take a 7-6 lead.  Catcher Clay Bachman walked to lead off the inning and was replaced at first by pinch runner Sam Anderson.  Anderson stole second and scored on Xavier Collier's (1 for 3) game tying triple to left center field.  Collier scored the go ahead and game winning run on a wild pitch two pitches later.  Aaron Steinhoff was the only logger with two hits, he tripled and drove in two.

Noah Kesselmayer picked up the win in relief for the Loggers, taking his record to 2-1 on the season, and Nick Maton picked up his fifth save.
