The Loggers, who were the home team, lost game one of the double-header 4-3.  Owens Community College scored 3 runs in the top of the seventh inning to decide the Logger fate.  Casey Gose singled with 1out off losing pitcher Chris Robison (0-1) to start the rally. Riley Bennett reached base on a fielders choice in which Gose reached 2nd base safely.  Both Gose and Bennett scored on the next play on a Robinson throwing error and defensive obstruction when Devin Dubbert hit a soft ground ball back to Robinson.  Zach Souter added the third run with a Sacrifice fly to left field.  The Loggers stranded the tying run on 3rd base in the bottom half of the 7th.
 
Matt Sekardi was 2-4 with a triple for Lincoln Land and  Conor White added an Rbi triple.
 
LLCC came away with the win in game two as Lincoln Land came out on top with a 16-14 win in a wild marathon game against Owens CC.  The two teams slugged it out, taking the lead from one another several times through out the game.  LLCC regained the lead for good in the top of the 7th when Michael Ryan's one out single drove in Jake Morsch.  Ryan then stole second base and Peyton Minder added an insurance run with an RBI single. Freshman right handed pitcher Noah Kesselmayer (1-0) picked up his first collegiate victory in relief, pitching 2 and 2/3s innings and striking out 3.  The Loggers tallied 11 hits in the game and walked 10 times. 

Conor White led with a 3 for 4 performance, hit a double and triple. Matt Sekardi added a 3 run triple and Jake Morsch drove in 4 runs.
 
Loggers will be back in action tomorrow in a double header against Delta College.
