Lincoln Land defeated the Falcons of Truman College by a score of 93-43 at Cass Gym on Martin Luther King day. Truman, playing with a limited roster, played 40 minutes of zone. This played right into the hands of the Loggers. The Loggers shot a blistering 58% from the three point line going 18/31. The game was never close with LLCC jumping to a 19-2 run to start the game. The Loggers were lead by Harold Robertsons 21 points on 7 of 10 shooting from behind the arc. Sam Kaufman also had 21 points going 4 of 8 from deep. LLCC out rebounded Truman 41-22.

"It was nice to finally get out of our shooting slump. It feels good to see the ball go in the hoop and it becomes contagious" said assistant coach Ben Kramer. The Loggers play at home next Saturday against Lincoln College in MWAC play. LLCC improves to 11-8 on the season.
