Despite a quick 3 run,second inning, the Loggers fall short one run in 10 innings to lose to Catawba Valley, 9-8.,,, Catawba Valley scored 6 big runs in the bottom of the third inning,to take the lead 6-3., LLCC clawed back to tie the game 8-8 in the eighth inning., Unable to produce the go ahead run, the Loggers lost in the bottom of the tenth on an unprecedented wild pitch.

Austin Muench led the Logger offense going 2-for-5 with 2,homeruns and 5 RBIs., Zach Barnhart, Will Schneider and Nick Lonergan were also multiple hitters with 2 hits each., Nick Lonergan picked up the loss in relief., Lonergan (1-1) relieved relief pitcher,Lucas Hall in the eighth inning.
