LLCC baseball traveled to play Lewis & Clark in a mid-week doubleheader and came away with wins, 12-4 and 9-7. The Loggers put game one out of reach in the top of the 6th as the Loggers 7 runs on 5 hits. The 6th began with the dreaded lead off walk by Tyler Ring. Zach Barnhart sacrifice Ring to second. Conor White then singled to left advancing Ring to third. Will Schneider tripled to right cents to score both Ring and White. Carter Pranger then singled to left driving in Schneider. Colby Griggs followed with a triple to right scoring Pranger. Nick Lonergan then singled to right scoring Griggs. Jake Morsch who reached on a walk scored on a fielder's choice by Austin Muench. Nick Lonergan scored from third on a wild pitch.
Conor White led the Loggers going 3-for-5. Will Schneider and Nick Lonergan both added two hits along with 3 RBIs each. Ryan Bailey was awarded the win in relief of Matt Tomazzoli. Tomazzoli allowed 4 runs on 8 hits with 7 K's. Bailey (3-0) threw the last 2 1/3 innings and allowed no runs on 1 hit.
LLCC held on to win game two, 9-7 as 5 Loggers had multiple hits in the big win. Will Schneider was 2-for-3 with 2 RBIs along with Jake Morsch who was also 2-for-4 with 2 RBIs. Conor White, Colby Griggs and Nick Lonergan added 2 hits each. Tyler O'Shea was the winning pitcher in relief of Lucas Hall. O'Shea pitched 2 innings allowing 2 runs on 2 hits. Nick Lonergan finished the game and picked up his 8th save of the year.

LLCC is now 29-11 on the season and 18-6 in the MWAC.
