Bloomington, IL -
The Loggers split with Heartland Hawks, losing game one 13-0 and winning the night cap 10-2. The Hawks big inning of game one, came in the 3rd scoring 10 runs on 6 hits. Tyler Ring (2-for-4),was the only Logger with multiple hits as he collected 2 of the 4 Logger hits. Andrew Sykes (2-1),was the winning pitcher for the Hawks and Ryan Arnold (3-1) picked up his first loss of the year for the Loggers.

The Loggers answered in the night cap scoring 10 runs on 20 hits., The Loggers big inning came in the 6th inning Conor White doubled down the right field line to drive in Zach Barnhart, Sam Goode, Austin Muench who all reached safely. With two outs, Colby Griggs singled through the right side driving in White., Jake Morsch reached on an error followed by a single and RBI,from Nick Lonergan. Austin Muench singled to left driving in Lonergan and Morsch. 

Zach Barnhart was the big hitter for the Loggers going 5-for-5.  Conor White went 2-for-5 with a double and 3 RBIs.  Will Schneider was 2-for-5 with a home run and 2 RBIs.  Austin Muench was 3-for-4 with 2 RBIs and Jake Morsch added 3 hits along with 2 hits by Colby Griggs and 1 RBI..

Sawyer Howard (4-1),was the winning pitcher. Howard went 6 innings of work, allowing only 2 runs with 2 strikeouts.

LLCC is now 13-11 on the year.
