Lincoln Land and Heartland matched up pretty well on paper coming into today's game but it ended there...the Loggers out hit Heartland 10 to 4 as they defeated Heartland 10-2 and advanced to the championship game tomorrow at 3 pm.

Leading 5-2, the Loggers scored 5 insurance runs in the 9th inning on 3 key hits after 3 straight walks.  Leading hitters for the Loggers were Austin Muench (3-for-4) and Neal Aherin and Nick Lonergan (2-for-5).  Colby Griggs was 1-for-3 with 3 RBIs for the Loggers.

Tyler Borski was the winning pitcher.  Borski (4-1) went the distance in the win allowing only 4 hits and striking out 12 hitters.
