The Loggers only had 4 hits in game 1, but that was enough to walk away with a 2-1 victory over the Heartland Hawks. Ryan Aper was the only Logger with multiple hits in game one. Aper was 2-for-3 and Brandon Weller hit a solo home run in the in the 5
th inning to tie the score 1-1. The Loggers won the game in the 7
th inning on a base hit by Carter Pranger scoring base runners Jerod Pellman.

The Loggers came up one run short in game two, losing to Heartland 6-5. Lincoln Land scored 2 runs in the 2

th. Heartland out hit Lincoln Land 9 hits to 7. Ryan Aper was the only Logger with multiple hits in game two (2-for-3 with 2 RBI and 2 runs scored).
Derringer Huff (3-5 record) went 6 innings allowing 5 runs on 6 hits with 6 strikeouts. Nick Lampen pitched the 7
th inning giving up 1 run on 1 hit. Two errors in the 7
th inning and 1 hit gave the Hawks a 2 run lead. LLCC came back and scored 1 run in the seventh.
