LLCC posted a 3-0 victory over visiting SOuthwestern Illinois in the first round of the NJCAA post-season. The Loggers were led by the hitting of Michaleen Forman who posted a team high 15 kills on the evening.

"I thought we were focused and played hard, commented Coach Dietz.. "We wanted to worry about SWIC rather than look ahead to the possibility of the weekend and the Region Championship matches. Now we have two days to prepare for the match. It's exciting. If we win, we'll go to nationals again."
